Live cricket scoring for clubs and leagues

A web app for scoring cricket ball by ball from a phone, with live scorecards, club tournaments and overlays for live streams.

CricScore is a scoring app for club cricket. A scorer records each ball from their phone, and everyone else follows the match live: strike rotation, partnerships, fall of wickets and run rates are worked out as the game goes.

What it does

Clubs keep their squads, fixtures and points tables in one place, with full scorecards and player records for every match. Tournaments, clubs, teams and players each get their own pages, and all of it is searchable.

For clubs that stream their games, every match has an overlay URL that can be added to OBS as a browser source, so the live score sits on the stream without anyone typing it in.

How it’s built

It’s a full-stack web app built with Next.js, with light and dark themes. Scoring is by invitation: a club admin or match scorer invites the people who can score, and everyone else can follow along.

Your project could be next

We take on a small number of projects each year, with founders and teams who want their website or software to work as hard as they do. A sentence is enough to start.
