Apps & tools built around your business
we learn how your team works, then build software that fits. booking systems, client portals, order trackers, reporting dashboards — whatever your business needs that off-the-shelf tools can't do well.
Save hours with automation
sending the same emails by hand? copying data between spreadsheets? we automate the repetitive work so your team can focus on what actually needs a human.
Connect the tools you already use
your CRM, invoicing, calendar, forms, and spreadsheets can all talk to each other. we set up integrations so data flows automatically — no more copying and pasting between tabs.
Dashboards & reports that update themselves
stop pulling numbers manually. we build dashboards that show your sales, orders, leads, or any metric in real time — always up to date, always accessible.
Expert advice before you build
not sure what you need? we look at your current setup, find where time and money are being wasted, and recommend the simplest fix. sometimes that means building something new. sometimes it means using what you already have, better.
You own everything
the code, the hosting, the passwords, the documentation — it's all yours from day one. no lock-in, no monthly fees to keep it running, no dependency on us.
how we actually work, week by week.
- 01 DISCOVERY we learn the problem, the workflow, and the people. what takes too long, what breaks, what frustrates
- 02 PLANNING we define exactly what we're building, what it will cost, and when it will be done
- 03 DESIGN we map out how it works and how it looks, so you can see it before we write code
- 04 BUILD we build it in weekly sprints. every friday you see what's new and give feedback
- 05 TESTING your team tries it before launch. we fix what breaks, simplify what confuses
- 06 HANDOVER we deploy, document, and train your team. it's yours to run from day one
- discovery report with workflow analysis
- fixed-price project plan and timeline
- working app, tool, or automation — fully tested
- source code and all credentials (yours from day one)
- documentation and team training session
- one month of free post-launch support
- What kind of software can you build?
- anything your business needs that you can't buy off the shelf — booking systems, client portals, admin dashboards, inventory trackers, CRM tools, automated reports, and workflow automations that connect your existing tools.
- What technology do you use?
- whatever fits the job. for web apps we typically use react, next.js, or python. for automation we use n8n, zapier, or simple scripts. for databases we use postgres or supabase. we always pick the simplest tool that solves the problem.
- How long does a project take?
- a simple automation takes one to two weeks. a full app or dashboard takes six to twelve weeks. we define the timeline in week one and stick to it.
- Do I need to build something new, or can you automate what I already have?
- often we can save you time just by connecting tools you already use — google sheets, your CRM, your email, your calendar. we always recommend the lightest fix first. we only build new software when it's genuinely the best option.
- What does it cost?
- it depends on scope. automations start small. full apps are larger. we give you a fixed price in week one — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. you know the cost before we write a line of code.
- Do you offer support after launch?
- yes. we include one month of free support after launch. after that, an optional monthly retainer covers maintenance, updates, and small changes. most projects need very little ongoing work.
