You talk to the person who does the work
Altor Studio is a small, founder-led studio in Mumbai, so nothing gets lost between teams.

Founder, Altor Studio
Before Altor Studio, Aashu spent a decade in product design and frontend engineering at studios and in-house teams. The studio started once the way of working was clear enough to commit to: fixed scope, plain advice, and work you own outright.
How we work
Most businesses don’t need more features. They need a website or tool that does one job well, works on a phone, and is easy to change later.
So every project starts with questions, not mock-ups: who it’s for, what it has to do, and what we can leave out. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don’t need a new build at all, and we’ll tell you that.
When we do build, we pick the platform that fits your business rather than the one we happen to like: Astro, WordPress, Shopify, or a full-stack app on Next.js. Then we help the right people find it, with SEO and a steady presence on social media.
What we believe
A few rules we hold ourselves to on every project.
One set of hands
The person who scopes your project designs it, builds it and supports it after launch. Nothing gets lost between teams.
You own everything
The code, the domain, the accounts and the content are in your name from day one, not at handover.
Fixed scope, fixed price
A flat fee, a clear list of what you get, and a timeline written in calendar weeks. No hourly billing.
A note every Friday
What shipped, what's blocked and what we learned, in a short note every week.
